Inquiries in insurance and contribution law are processed quickly, reliably and always customer-oriented. As a competent contact person, you serve our corporate customers in the field of reporting and post-processing. In telephone and digital consulting, you actively present our service and product portfolio for employers. You recognize concerns early on, develop pragmatic solutions and thus ensure satisfied B2B contacts. In addition, you will participate in projects focusing on corporate customers and implement our corporate customer strategy.

A completed training - e.g. as a social security specialist / social security worker, a merchant in the healthcare sector, tax specialist or administrative staff / tax specialist or administrative specialist staff will be provided. Alternatively, you have experience in personnel handling (e.g. pay and salary billing). Communication strength, service orientation and a good sense for topics close to the sales are what you're looking for.
