market, competitive and potential analyses; Detection of measures, forecast & performance review

Pipeline and Performance Reporting (Forecast, Revenue, Marge) – data-driven and pragmatic

Trade fairs & customer dates (travel activity approx. 2–4 days/week)

Complete degree or comparable qualification

≥ 10 years of sales experience in the FMCG environment; ideally Beauty/Personal Care & Key Account Management

Detectable successes in listing, annual negotiations and new customer acquisition

Experience in the brand and also in the private label business of advantage

Strong strategic & analytical skills, final strength and convincing appearance

German Treatable, English very good in word & font

High readiness (2–4 days/week), Hands-on, brand- and customer-oriented

Brand structure with effect: Design the visibility and performance of TITANIA® in DACH & Europe

International successful manufacturer with short decision-making and clear growth strategy
