You have successfully completed your training for nursing staff (e.g. as an elderly caregiver, health caregiver or nursing staff) and want to go the next step in your career? First leadership experience is not a prerequisite for us. Your motivation, your sense of responsibility and your desire to develop professionally and personally are much more important to us. Completed training as a nurse (e.g. senior nurse, health and nursing staff, nursing staff) Interest in leadership and organisational issues First insights into coordinating tasks are welcome, but no prerequisite Responsibility, team spirit and organizational talent Friendly, secure appearance and clear and empathic communication
