To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for one of our locations across Germany ServiceNow Architect (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) – Modernisation of contracting entities. In our public service office, we develop holistic solutions for contractors of the federal government in various IT areas. Our expertly advised and technically experienced employees work in hand and thus create modern IT systems for digitalization at federal and state level.

As a ServiceNow Architect (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), you will become part of our Digital Process Solutions community and bring forward the digitalization and Agile transformation of our country with your colleagues. This brings you step by step through your cooperation in migration and rollout projects and your advice on methods of agile cooperation. This includes: Advice: They advise customers on their ideas and their current needs and jointly identify a feasible solution Architecture: To do this, you create a solution concept and an architectural design that combines the appropriate tool selection and methods for organizational change. Implementation: They then implement this concept together with your team. Enablement: By hand, you will ensure that the authorities can also fully use the new technologies, e.g. through training and workshops on the innovations. Mission: Both internally and in the German authorities, you are constantly developing the ServiceNow area and accompanying the further development of the team. Community: Both in the project and in the community, you bring your experiences and ideas and evaluate them together with colleagues.

Complete IT-oriented training, completed IT-oriented studies or relevant professional experience 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Consulting Experience in the technical and technical management of migration and implementation projects At best certifications as CMA or CTA, alternatively also other ServiceNow certifications Experience with IT projects in the public sector The desire to further advance the digitization of the country Team feeling, mutual respect and mutual support Good communication skills with very good German skills (level C1 or higher) Openness to travel for customer missions and events within Germany
