Team Lead Directory Services (m/f/d)

As a Sparring partner, you will guide your team with confidence and offer a framework for its promotion and further development. Technically, you are responsible for the planning and continuous modernization of the directory service infrastructure. This comprises, for example, the securing of the AD and the curing of the systems against attacks. In addition, the automation of identity workflows, the management of group policies and role concepts is one of your tasks. You also work on architectural decisions and strategic initiatives. In addition, you will ensure smooth and targeted cooperation with infrastructure, security, workplace and support teams.

You have successfully completed your studies in the IT field or a comparable qualification. In addition, you bring multi-year experience in the Microsoft infrastructure or hybrid identity environment and have a deep technical understanding of Active Directory, Entra ID and hybrid Microsoft environments. A safe handling of AD infrastructure services such as DNS, GPO, PKI and Windows servers is a matter of course for you, as well as you are versed in scripting in PowerShell. Experience in migration projects is desirable, but no need. You are a communicative, analytically thinking head that it encourages to tackle complex issues in corporate or corporate structures.
