Intern HR Recruiting and Talent Acquisition (m/f/d)

Responsible application management. You accompany the applicants: within the entire recruiting process. In the screening of the consultants, you can take care of the appointment of interviews and take on different tasks along our application processes. Organization of interview days. You support our talent acquisition team in planning interview days and are also involved in coordination on site. Not only do you have direct contact with our candidate: inside, but also with our interviewers:inside from consulting. Exciting university marketing. You actively support the planning and implementation of our university trade fairs and workshops. The diverse in-house events will also be prepared and implemented by you together with our talent acquisition team. Varied activities. In addition, you support the various tasks in our talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Team (e.g. organisation of events for our intern:inside, project work) and will be involved in our daily business from the outset.

You are a student: in an advanced semester, preferably an economic science course or economic psychology – like with a focus on personnel or HR. You have already gained relevant practical experience during your studies – ideally in the HR environment or in related tasks. You love to establish contacts and actively engage people. Flexibility and enthusiasm for new things are your basic equipment. You will certainly be able to feel comfortable in the international working environment and communicate confidently in German and English.
