The family-owned company of Heimberger GmbH has more than 150 employees: women represent competence in metalworking. At our location in Oberderdingen we manufacture high-precision CNC turning and milling parts for the large system suppliers of mechanical engineering, medical technology and the automotive industry on the most modern turning and milling machines.

As a member of the HR, Finance and Marketing department, you will experience an exciting mix of the following varied tasks: Recruiting: Responsibility over the entire recruiting process from the job advertisement to the creation of conversation guides to the execution of interviews Projects: Takeover of HR projects, e.g. introduction of new benefits or implementation and evaluation of employee surveys Personal administration: Ensuring efficient personal administration from onboarding to time recording to offboarding using our personal management software Remuneration: preparation of monthly payroll for tax advice Training: organisation of training fairs and management and optimisation of training schedules Finance: Representation of our financial expert in the absence of intensive work

Experience in recruiting, personal administration and/or acquisition of HR projects Very good MS Office knowledge paired with IT affinity High level of self-motivation and organisation as well as a fast conception Highest level of discretion and loyalty to management Embossed hand-on mentality and high loadability Structured, independent and conscientious operation
