We understand ourselves as a relationship manager in the financial affairs of our clientele. Around 170 colleagues have already found their professional home with us and have played a decisive role in shaping the present and morning of the Sparkasse Schwelm-Sprockhövel. With a balance sheet total of around 1.6 billion We are a strong and market-oriented savings bank. The villages of Schwelm and Sprockhövel are situated in a scenic location close to the southern Ruhr area. The business area with its more than 50,000 inhabitants has a good residential value with optimal transport connection. It is economically characterized by medium-sized enterprises. All school types and many recreational facilities are available.

You go proactively towards customers, recognize potentials and develop solutions that really fit. You do not think in products, but in needs and conduct structured customer discussions. You work closely with your colleagues in the team and focus on your customers.
