What you are moving with us: You support the expansion department for the acquisition of sites and/or land. You are working towards working up the strategic regional expansion targets. You take over the pre-selection of suitable properties and locations based on a fixed checklist. You create meaningful location sketches including photo documentation. You are responsible for recording and evaluating the competitive situation in the environment. You take over the identification of property owners:inside. You are responsible for carrying out the site acquisition in predefined areas (Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg and northern Lower Saxony). You are responsible for simple negotiation activities in coordination with the expansion manager:inside (e.g. subsistence areas). You examine the construction and planning conditions.
