We extend our team and occupy this position in the Cologne/Bonn area.

Your job

• You take over the independent creation of drivetrain concepts consisting of E-motor, inverter and transmission for electrified vehicles on the basis of load booklet and installation space specifications
• To this end, you conduct building space studies and optimizations of the drive concept in cooperation with other subsystem managers
• You prepare your work results and present them
• Also create 3D models on both component and component level
• You are responsible for individual parts and assembly drawings in compliance with applicable standards and functional requirements

Your potential

• Studying in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or comparable with pleasure and success
• You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in drive train development, ideally in the field of electric drive
• You have very good knowledge of CATIA V5 or Creo
• In addition to very good knowledge of German (C1) you bring good knowledge of English (B2) with
• Your strengths include your independent working and good communication skills
