Your tasks in detail Professional start-up and preparation of hot and cold breakfasts and egg dishes à la minute. Preparation of seasonal and regional breakfast specialities. Structure, attractive presentation and continuous care of our breakfast buffet. Preparation of buffets and menus for meetings, events and groups at lunch service. Planning and preparation of the staff placement. Compliance with all hygiene and safety standards according to HACCP. Close cooperation with the entire kitchen team for a smooth run. Goods, quality control and professional storage of food. Support in the incorporation and professional guidance of trainees and new employees.

Your profile You are a dedicated personality with passion for high-quality gastronomy and a sense of quality: Qualification: Ideally a completed training as a cook or cook or a comparable qualification – motivated cross-comers are also welcome. Experience: First professional experience in the hotel industry or gastronomy, ideally in the breakfast area is advantageous.
