The Corporate Services department is responsible for purchasing, real estate management, facility management as well as mobility management and topics of the central administration for the subsidiaries of the group companies.

Control and further development of the fleet (approx. 700 service cars), travel management and all other mobility topics of the group Discipline management of 4 employees Development and implementation of concepts and guidelines on strategic orientation (e.g. Car Policy, Travel Policy) Control of operational fleet management (driver communication, supplier control, damage management, controlling) Continuous optimization/modeling/digitalization of the mobility processes taking into account economic efficiency, efficiency and attractiveness Ensuring the compliance of all processes with legal regulations Purchasing of mobility services or related services as well as performance control and ensuring service quality Budget planning, reporting, KPIs and controlling for responsibility Close cooperation with various departments, such as HR

Completed training or completed studies with focus on mobility/Fleet Multiannual professional experience in fleet management or a comparable position with leadership responsibility Impressed leadership skills as well as enforcement strength and ability to motivate your team and continuously develop Decision strength and hands-on mentality combined with good project and organization management skills Embossed economic thinking, a high cost awareness and good numerical understanding Good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel, and ideally high IT affinity Very good communication strength and a safe and binding occurrence
