Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems – Technical Service & Customer Support (m/f/d)

• Implementation of technical services to customer devices in the fields of network analysis and verification and standards, including calibration, measurement results evaluation, initiation of corrective measures and complete documentation of work steps

• independent troubleshooting and expert troubleshooting at assembly and component level and verification of the effectiveness of repairs carried out

• Structured communication of specialist knowledge through technical documentation as well as instruction and support of employees

• Careful collection and documentation of work steps, quality-relevant data and time and material expenses in SAP

• Technical contact for technical questions and appointments for internal and external customers

• Completed technical training for the electronic equipment and systems (m/w/d) or comparable qualification

• Ideally experience in handling electronic assemblies or devices, especially in troubleshooting

• Imprinted quality and service understanding in direct contact with customers

• Very good knowledge of German and English (min. B2 level) for documentation and communication with internal and external interfaces

• Ideally experience in handling SAP and PDM systems
