You support our Facility Management department in developing a Building Information Modelling (BIM) strategy. In doing so, you participate in the creation of client information requirements (AIA) for BIM projects and take over the formulation and editorial preparation of the AIA texts. You conduct and document independently interviews with process participants. Carefully analyze existing documents and develop standards and requirements. You are also actively working on establishing uniform data and information standards.

Immatrikulation (min. in the 3rd semester) in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable degree course First contact points with BIM methods and processes Analytical thinkability and ability to clear, structured representation of complex content A careful, structured and independent way of working Safe handling of current MS Office programs
