You develop cross-functional teams to top performance by supporting all team members, Scrum Master, Product Owner and Stakeholder in the introduction of agile values and principles at project and organization level. As a coach*in, you will be using the agile mindset in digital transformation projects and innovative development projects. You accompany our well-known customers with your knowledge and methodological background in agile transformation. Your range of actions includes agile methods and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Design Thinking and you use them in agile teams and scaled environments. You are actively working in our Agile Competence Driving Community (ACDC) with other Agile Coaches and Scrum Mastern on the continuous development of innovative topics and methods.

You have gained more than 2 years of experience as Scrum Master (w/m/d) or Agiler Coach*in from several teams in the middle or large companies. You have experience in the introduction of agile values and methods such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe, with related certificates. Your experience in scaling agile teams to SAFe, LeSS, Spotify or Nexus in practice is a plus. You have pronounced communication and moderation capabilities combined with agile and result-oriented mindset. You can master German at least C1 level and successfully use it in your everyday work.
