Head of Sales Operations (m/f/d)

Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the sales team (two employees) Control of national and international supply, tender and contract management for inspection systems and components Building, maintenance and strategic development of national and international customer relationships Active control of sales opportunities – from request to order intake coordination of technical and commercial customer requirements with system integration and engineering as well as ensuring high-quality, timely offers Sales planning, budgeting and forecasting including pipeline maintenance and order intake preview Analysis of market and competition developments for identifying new customer requirements and business potentials Close cooperation with the Goldschmidt sister companies and representation at customers and industry events

Complete technical or economic studies (e.g. economic engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, information/communication technology, BWL) – alternatively a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience Multiannual experience in B2B technical sales, sales service, bid management or sales
