Responsible for the development of user concepts as well as advice from trading partners, international users and internal sales staff Implementation of training for the mentioned target groups, in particular with a trainee-the-trainer approach Planning and implementation of user and product training in the area of cold / climate (Cat I/II training) in Germany (if necessary also abroad) • the creation and maintenance of training documents and the further development of training content with regard to changing legislation and directives and the resulting marketing opportunities Supporting our sales in training and trade fairs Documentation of completed training Representation and representation of the company at technical meetings and in specialist committees

Successfully completed training as a master (m/w/d) for refrigeration/climate technology or a comparable qualification Experiences in the presentation of products in need of technical explanations to the public Methodological-didactic skill in teaching content and safe handling of current teaching methods Good knowledge of MS Office applications Joy in communicating knowledge associated with high customer orientation and professional, sympathetic appearance Certain and independent operation Hands-on mentality and flexibility and team spirit Class B driving licence and 100% readiness to travel
