In your role as Strategy & Business Development Manager (m/w/d), you shape the strategic direction and sustainable growth of Heraeus Medical. You strengthen our position in the field of biomaterials and infection management and support the further development of our portfolio – with a view to the patient needs of the coming years. You take over the following tasks: You observe markets, trends and competitors and recognize early on what business opportunities, partnerships or acquisitions have potential for us. With clear financial models, stressable risk analyses and structured decision templates, you can focus on complex topics. Whether new business areas, portfolio development or growth programs, you are driving strategic initiatives that strengthen our position in the market. As a cross-functional project manager, you ensure that important projects are coordinated, targeted and implemented across areas. You support transformation processes by facilitating workshops that facilitate coordination between teams and promote performance-oriented culture.

A completed study of natural sciences (e.g. medicine, biology) At least four years of professional experience – either in corporate development / strategy in the MedTech or healthcare industry or in the consulting firm with a focus on healthcare Excellent analytical skills, including experience in market analysis and business case development Understanding health and MedTech markets, regulatory frameworks and innovation trends Communication strength and experience in cooperation with stakeholders at all levels Ability to structure complex topics clearly and to control strategic initiatives across areas Very good knowledge of German and English
