Own-responsibility check, confirmation and booking of invoices and credit card invoices Scheduled preparation and implementation of the numbers coordination of creditor accounts, maintenance of creditor master files and processing of incoming reminders Active participation in projects in accounting and optimization of financial processes Support for the creation of quarterly and annual accounts

Successfully completed commercial training Multiannual professional experience in accounting as well as a further education on the financial account holder*in or a comparable qualification Very good MS Office knowledge; ideally experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and the ELO document management system Structured, independent and careful operation High level of responsibility, teamability and reliability
