Management of contractually agreed SD-WAN services for our national and international customers Ensuring high customer satisfaction, including escalation management Continuous exchange with the customer and link to our internal departments Optimization of economic objectives, continuous implementation of measures to increase efficiency Close cooperation with the project management, deployment and sales team

Completed study, ideally with IT focus, or industry-specific IT vocational training Professional experience in IT project management or as Service Delivery Manager Experience with technical and organizational project responsibility Designed decision-making and communication skills High customer and service orientation Good knowledge of German and English (C1) and knowledge of another language
