Examination, confirmation and booking of invoices Care and coordination of debitor and creditor accounting with DATEV or Simba Care and coordination of OPOS lists, including health insurance accounts Preparation of evaluations and coordination of cost calculations Processing of the cash register data which are placed via the interface with DATEV Electronic booking of various banks with direct operating compensation Takeover of payrolls and depreciation bookings Preparation & Preparation of different evaluations

Successfully completed commercial training, if necessary with a further education as an accountant or tax specialist Professional experience in accounting Very good knowledge of DATEV – Simba knowledge of advantage Structured, independent and conscientious operation Routinized handling of MS Office applications Very good German knowledge
