Your tasks

• Strategic & technical expertise: You are responsible for the holistic coordination of all internal and external project participants – from architects and specialist planners to authorities and executives

Your profile

• A successfully completed study in the field of civil engineering, architecture or a comparable subject
• Multiannual relevant professional experience in project management or contractor representation of complex major projects, ideally in the field of education, research or housing
• Detectional expertise in managing projects according to HOAI and AHO
• Deep understanding of sustainable building
• Embossed team competence, negotiation skills and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly
• A proactive, solution-oriented mode of operation and the ability to keep an overview even under pressure
• German language skills in word and writing
