We are looking for a Senior Advisor AI Transformation, which acts as a strategic and operational catalyst for our e-commerce sector. In this role, you will advance AI evolution in these areas and close the gap between top-class innovation and practical skills. You make sure our teams are at the top of AI-based customer journeys and order lines. As Sr. Advisor, it is your mission to empower our operational experts. You act as a strategic advisor, technical mentor and practical implementer – and provide the tools, prototypes and knowledge that our teams need to deliver top performance. While the specialist departments retain the responsibility for their results, you deliver the AI-based “how” to their “what”. Process Transformation: Support our teams to increase efficiency in campaign ideas, creation and analysis by identifying the right AI tools and integrating them into existing workflows. You drive the AI transformation around our online shops and sales platforms and take the organisations involved Campaign Effectiveness: Advise the use of AI to increase personalization and effectiveness in campaigns and sales initiatives. Requirements Engineering: Be the lead for our internal tools by defining clear, high-quality business requirements implemented by the development teams in our core infrastructure. Prototyping & “Vibe Coding”: Pack and create functional prototypes of AI-based processes using internal/external tools and Natural Language Coding to prove concepts and validate requirements. Qualifications Experience: Multiannual experience in digital transformation, marketing technology or development, with a clear focus on AI implementation. Hands-on Builder: You do not only advise; They're building. You feel safe in handling “Vibe Coding”, rapid prototyping and deep immersion in AI tools to see what works in practice. The “Enabler” mint set: You are a natural mediator who finds its success in helping others succeed. You can explain complex AI logic to non-technical colleagues with ease. Technical translator: You have the strong ability to translate business requirements into precise technical specifications for external development teams. language: flowing English skills are required; German or other European languages are a plus.
