With its offerings in the areas of care, advice, housing, employment and work, the association creates individual perspectives for self-determined participation in social and professional life. Around 220 employees support and advise about 1,300 people annually at 19 locations in Berlin. For this client, conQuaesso is looking for a responsibility area at the closest possible time in Berlin with the specialist focus on professional participation

You bear the personal, economic and professional responsibility for the area of consultation with around 40 employees. In close cooperation with four team leaderships and a practical coordination, you will develop the job coaching, integration specialist services, psychosocial consulting services and ergotherapy practice with a strategic view to future-oriented. You are responsible for the professional and conceptual development of the offers and strengthen sustainable and demand-oriented perspectives for professional participation. In close coordination with the management, you take on strategic and cross-departmental control tasks, develop sound decision bases and actively shape the future development of the WIB network. You are responsible for the acquisition, application, use and coordination of the settlement of public funds and funding. By expanding and maintaining a strong network with service providers, cooperation partners and other relevant actors, you promote cooperation and represent the area inward and outward.

A completed study of social sciences or economics, social work, social management or comparable or equivalent training is the basis for the adoption of this responsible position. Multiannual leadership experience empowers you to accompany executives, to transfer responsibility in a targeted manner and to promote a culture of self-responsibility in a sustainable manner. You have a well-founded knowledge of integration aid and ideally provide experience in work-rehabilitative or psychosocial fields. Business understanding and experience in dealing with budgets, funding and service providers help you to manage the area economically and sustainably. Their analytical, reflected and solution-oriented mode of operation as well as a value-assurance communication style allow you to work together trustingly and constructively at all levels. You understand yourself as a team player*in and create the conditions for successful cross-disciplinary cooperation.
