We, the modern and powerful company KOE – “Eigenbetrieb Local Property Management and Development of the Hanse and University City of Rostock”, are responsible for the cost-effective management, development and marketing of all urban properties as well as the freight transport center (GVZ) Rostock. Our tasks: The extensive tasks of KOE's own company are reflected in the daily life of the Hanse and University City of Rostock. Whether for example administrative buildings, daycare centers, schools, sports facilities, meeting centres or commercial premises – the construction or rehabilitation and entertainment of the municipal real estate required for this purpose contributes to a good infrastructure and a positive and friendly cityscape. You build up the reporting system and the operational information system, perform it and develop it further You maintain and build the risk management system You create cost calculations and financial plans to control economy You contribute to the establishment and monitoring of the economic plan and work on monthly, quarterly and annual accounts You prepare the annual charge calculation and coordinate the medium-term investment planning You contribute to the equalisation of school burdens and take coordination and supervision of services with and for the Hanse and University City of Rostock

You have a successfully completed business studies with the focus on controlling/ accounting or a comparable qualification You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in financial, investment and project controlling, primarily in the field of real estate management You have very good knowledge about the relevant application software (MS-Office and ideally SAP) You have distinct conceptual and analytical skills, combined with a result-oriented and independent working method You show high operational readiness, loyalty, commitment and identification with employees and tasks You have a car driving licence B (old: driving licence class 3)
