R1009387) This responsibility is yours: Projektmanager:in (m/w/d) Commercially available customer projects for Deutsche Bahn and other railway companies from planning to successful commissioning. You apply modern project management methods, take over the professional leadership of multi-site teams and coordinate all areas involved in the project as well as works. Together with us, you make an important contribution to the mobility change and digitization of the railway area in Germany.

You take responsibility for costs, time and quality, keep the whole in hand and thus bear responsibility for our complex infrastructure projects You are the central contact person for our customers as well as for internal teams such as sales, contract management, technical planning or assembly You plan and monitor costs, appointments and risks in your projects and manage all commercial aspects As a representative:in order to fulfill the contractual agreements, secure customer satisfaction and ensure economic profitability You coordinate cooperation with subcontractors, external trade unions and other business units During the delivery phase, our sales team and team will advise you to create internal and external management reports during the project implementation and follow corresponding supplements for our customers

You have successfully completed your studies in the field of economics, (technical) BWL, economic engineering or comparable, ideally focusing on project management Your experience in the project management of customer-related, complex projects is well-founded and can at best support your project experience through a project certificate, for example IPMA Level C Ideally, you already have experience in the field of traction signal and safety technology The professional leadership of a project team on self-organization is also your strength and responsibility You communicate clearly and purposefully, keep all project participants informed and represent your projects internally and externally sovereign – even with challenges, you manage the balancing between quality, time and budget and make informed decisions Your German language skills are fluent and you are ready for national service trips for customer visits and site visits
