Located in the Dreiländereck Germany, the Czech Republic and Poland, the more than 750-year-old, economic and cultural historically important university city of Zittau is an attractive, liveable place and home for approx. 25,000 inhabitants. As one of the largest landlords in the city, our client, the municipal housing company Zittau mbH, makes an important contribution to the supply of the Zittau population with needs-oriented and attractive living space. On 1 January 2027, a personality as a result of an organisational further development and an age-related follow-up regime will become a Manager (m/w/d) sought to guide Zittau mbH in the future with entrepreneurial courage, social commitment and strategic clarity.

Their task is to keep the housing company economically stable and at the same time humanly close: You develop the real estate portfolio, implement innovative residential projects and ensure that the quality of life in Zittau continues to rise. In doing so, you combine strategic goals with a culture of co-existence – in the team and with local partners, with which you are driving the infrastructure development in Zittau together. In your role, you control finance, investments and processes, lead with vision and empathy. You represent the company to the outside and work closely with the municipal shareholders, the Supervisory Board and municipal bodies of the city of Zittau. As an ideal candidate (m/w/d), you have a degree or a comparable real estate qualification as well as several years of experience from the ideally municipal housing industry with knowledge of the corresponding funding programs and instruments.
