Support of the department in the preparation of ongoing reporting perception of administrative activities, e.g. Document management Creation of work orders Participation in the creation of quotations Coordination of the creation of necessary release documents Tracking of Bid Activities in support of the supply lines

Successfully completed commercial training First professional experience in the commercial sector, ideally in a manufacturing company Knowledge of public procurement Routined handling of Microsoft Office Very good German, as well as good English knowledge in word and writing Team-oriented working methods as well as pronounced communication skills and joy in sharing with internal and external stakeholders
