As a project manager:in customer solutions, you strengthen our specialist department and promote the company's success by successfully consulting and realizing your own projects: You take over the project management for customer projects in the field of 110/20 kV transformers, conduct your project team and coordinate the implementation of new, out and rebuilding measures to the customers until the plants are handed over. You are responsible for all project planning and execution phases and ensure compliance with deadline and quality requirements. You will set up tender documents and accompany the award process until commissioning. You agree construction measures with authorities, contractors:inside and partner companies. You ensure compliance with work safety regulations in the context of construction site visits, take off the erected plants and take over the commissioning line. You continuously review and improve your work processes (operational excellence) and actively participate in your findings with colleagues and supervisors.

A background that convinces. You bring a successfully completed engineering degree (e.g. electrical engineering or energy technology) or a comparable qualification as well as ideally many years of professional experience in the energy supply. You have very good knowledge of project execution, management, and calculation in the context of substations. You use your B/BE class driver's license for bayernwide day-care trips as part of the construction site service. It is easy for you to take the perspective of our customers: you communicate clearly and understandably and focus on the client: in all your actions.
