Your challenge

• Self-employed and responsible implementation of work and tasks in the field of mastery services
• Monitor the order and the perfect overall condition of the supervised properties and control of buildings and technical installations
• Implementation of small repairs and support service technicians in maintenance and repair work
• Reporting of identified deficiencies and special events
• Standby and emergency services

You'll convince (m/w/d), Metallbauer (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) or comparable training

• German knowledge and driving licence class B mandatory
• An additional qualification as an electronically instructed person is advantageous
