You support the development and development of elobau Compliance & Integrity Management System You research current compliance topics, relevant regulations and other legal issues and prepare the results You help in creating guidelines, communication and training materials You prepare reports and presentations for internal and external audiences You support the design and implementation of organisational and process measures to ensure compliance and promote value-oriented corporate culture

You are in the advanced semester of a study of economic, legal or social sciences or comparable studies with an appropriate focus Ideally, you have already dealt with corporate governance, risk management, compliance, business ethics, internal audit or comparability in your studies You can understand, write and communicate official documents, literature and presentations for internal and external needs safely in German and English You are looking forward to new topics and to work on them and bring a basic understanding of processes with You see open tasks and dare to attack them
