Projektleiter (m/w/d)

Your tasks: • Support in the team for our customers, both locally in Waiblingen and remote • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support and ensure a stable application environment for the customer • Taking and processing tickets to Incidents and Service Requests • Management and operation of workplace and server management infrastructures based on Microsoft Endpoint Manager or Intune • Planning, execution and testing of security updates and release changes, including coordination with customers and specialist departments • Creation of documentation and development of articles for the knowledge database • Ensuring operational readiness and service quality for our customers

Your qualifications: • Complete training in IT (technical training or comparable qualification) • Knowledge of the installation and operation of applications and software components • Experiences in software packaging and scripting (VBS, PowerShell) • System Management and Mobile Device Management expertise with SCCM, MEM or Intune • Knowledge of MS Office 365 • Confidential handling of Microsoft Active Directory, permission concepts and group policies • Basic knowledge of network technologies, DHCP, DNS and firewalls • Safe handling of tickets and remote tools as well as pleasure in documentation • Self-employed and solution-oriented work • Embossed communication and team skills • customer-oriented and service-conscious attitude as well as high social competence • Secure German (at least C1) and good English skills in word and writing
