to implement the Purchasing business strategy in the team and to conduct it professionally and disciplinaryly actively promote the development of the team through regular employee talks and clear communication to help shape the group-wide classification in investment purchase – in particular for better structuring of demand planning and reporting to take a coordinating role in investment projects, to advise employees professionally and to act as a central contact person in the Badenenova Group ensure that all purchase processes are implemented legally, in particular taking into account SektVO and VOB

an established purchasing personality with successfully completed economic or technical studies (e.g. BWL, VWL, Industrial Engineering) or an equivalent qualification with several years of professional experience in tactical or strategic purchasing – ideally with first leadership experience for the above-mentioned tasks strong, guided and ready to take responsibility – both for people and for processes viable and motivated to advance changes in the sense of the team and the organization, with a high level of social competence and empathy familiar with the legal framework and have a good sense of economic action safe in dealing with the German language (min. C1 level)
