Acquisition, assessment and marketing of condominiums Personal advice and care of owners:inside, interested in purchasing:inside Creation of meaningful exhibits and coordination of professional object presentations Planning, execution and follow-up of visits pricing and market analysis based on current comparative objects and regional developments Accompanying sales negotiations and support up to the notary date building and maintaining a sustainable network of customers: Recommendations:internal and cooperation partners Documentation and maintenance of all activities in the CRM system

Experience in real estate distribution, ideally in the placement of condominiums Training or study in the real estate sector, alternatively a commercial training with relevant sales experience Imprinted consulting and communication strength as well as safe, binding occurrence High understanding of the local real estate market and the interests of own users:inside and investors:inside Negotiating skills, self-initiative and a structured way of working Joy of sales success and long-term customer relationships Safe handling of digital tools and CRM systems Class B driving licence
