Portfolio Controller (m/f/d)

As a Portfolio Controller (m/w/d), you are the central interface between Finance, Asset Management, Investment Management and our client's investors. You think in scenarios, question assumptions and ensure that fund management is resilient, transparent and predictive. Your tasks as Porftolio Controller (m/w/d) include: Active support for transaction management (capital calls, purchase simulations, cost-effectiveness calculations, sales analyses) Control of annual budget planning (income, opex and capex budgets) incl. nominal actual analyses Creation and further development of fund simulations (performance parameters, scenario analyses, inflation and vacancy effects) Responsibility for fund-related reporting and monitoring of covenants Creation and monitoring of cash flow forums Fee Structure Care and Monitoring Creation of presentations for investors and internal bodies (performance, outlook, budget) Participation in digitalization and automation projects in the finance sector Optimization of processes

Very good completed commercial studies (e.g. with a focus on business management, financial management or real estate economics) First professional experience in fund, portfolio or asset management, finance or controlling Very strong analytical thinking and numerical affinity Passion for real estate funds and financial relationships Very good Excel knowledge and high IT affinity (ideally first experience with databases and MS Power BI) Structured, independent working with an entrepreneurial perspective Sovereign communication and presentation skills Team spirit, performance and joy of responsibility
