We advise on the modelling and optimization of processes across the company, support the teams in the sustainable implementation and take responsibility for the process for selected applications within the ITDZ Berlin. In coordination with the process managers, you will process cross-disciplinary internal processes in BPMN 2.0 along the entire process life cycle' You develop concepts and measures for the sustainable implementation of internal processes throughout the house You support the design and construction of a company-wide process code and process roll system You address and advise employees on process-specific topics You take on the conception and implementation of workshops and training as part of process creation You are responsible for the methodological quality assurance of process documentation
