You're moving: Responsibility for the development, implementation and monitoring of important compliance policies and controls Strategic Compliance Advisory and Best Practices for Policy Champions and Local Vantage Towers Markets Responsibility for the creation and delivery of regular reports for a senior leadership team according to agreed deadlines Application of advanced project management and organization capabilities to manage complex, global compliance projects with multiple stakeholders. e.g. project on cultural measurement, development program for compliance officers Promoting and developing Vantage Towers' global learning and awareness-raising programme, covering key areas within its code of conduct

That's what you bring:

• Specialized training or university degree in a comparable area
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Flowing English and German knowledge in word and writing
• Extraordinary social skills and the ability to strategically influence key stakeholders across business areas, geographical and cultural boundaries in order to promote and maintain effective compliance programs.
• Proven ability to manage several effective projects at the same time, across different policy areas and markets
• The ability to develop innovative ideas for continuous improvement of compliance while maintaining a meticulous detail accuracy in compliance testing *Finded knowledge of the design of Code of Conducts and the compliance areas Anti-corruption, Data Protection, Sanctions, Trade Controls, IT Security, Information Security, Culture, Training and Communication
