Jurisdiction for legal counselling in extrajudicial and judicial cases focusing on purchasing, private building and contract law, insurance law and general civil law Cooperation with the insurance department to ensure sufficient insurance coverage and support in damage regulation Creation of contracts and general terms and conditions, part of the negotiation team and settlement of the negotiated contracts in cooperation with specialist departments Training of the respective departments as needed and support in the optimization of existing processes and processes

Legal State Exams (at least 1 predicate) At least three years of relevant experience in purchasing, private building law and procurement law as well as experience in damage regulation First knowledge of energy, cartel and insurance law would be advantageous Power of persuasion and enforcement, strong communication and team skills, independent and structured working methods, high resilience and flexibility Economic thinking and joy in interdisciplinary work with technical fields Understanding entrepreneurial, energy and technical issues Very good knowledge of English in word and writing
