Meat processing: appropriate cutting, cutting and preparation of meat and meat products Manufacture and processing of various meat and sausage products according to our quality standards Control counter: Appealing presentation of the goods and expert advice of our customers Quality & Freshness: Control of goods for freshness and quality as well as careful handling of products Hygiene: compliance with statutory hygiene regulations and internal quality and safety standards

Training: Complete training as a meatmaker, butcher or in a comparable food craft Expertise: Safe handling of meat and meat products and well-founded knowledge in processing and preparation Handicraft skills: Careful and professional working in cutting, processing and preparation Quality Consciousness: High awareness of freshness, quality and hygiene in food handling Reliability: Responsible and independent work and joy in team collaboration
