You are an experienced controller (m/w/d) and would like to introduce your expertise in a dynamic industrial company? Then take on a central role in controlling our customer and actively participate in the business processes.

Planning, control and further development of cost and performance accounting to ensure a sound decision basis. Creation of reports, results analyses and accounting for the economic management of the production areas. Implementation of cost-effectiveness analyses and investment controlling to evaluate and optimize investment decisions. Creation of budget planning as well as under-year forecasts for the long-term financial management of the company. Analysis of target deviations and derivation of corrective measures to ensure economic efficiency. Further development of the controlling systems and consulting of the area lines in business decisions.

Multiannual experience in controlling, ideally in an industrial company. Complete economic studies or a comparable qualification. Very good MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel; Experience with ERP systems or BI tools (e.g. SAP, Power BI) of advantage. Embossed analytical skills and a structured and solution-oriented way of working. High level of initiative, communication strength and team capacity. Very good German knowledge (C1) as well as English knowledge (B1).
