As a central contact person (SPOC) for IT supervisors and our Operations Center, you take responsibility for monitoring events, incidents and service requests. Monitoring and troubleshooting reports are judged by you, prioritize them correctly and ensure that the right areas are integrated. The coordination and creation of manufacturer tickets is also yours - including the accompaniment to the final solution. Standardized activities such as restarts, log analyses or access checks can be carried out safely after work instructions and document each step transparently in the ticket system. You work closely with service and infrastructure teams, communicate proactively with customers and stakeholders and actively contribute to optimizing our processes.

Complete IT training or comparable professional practice in the IT environment, ideally in monitoring or incident management. Safe handling of ticket systems as well as routine analysis of technical disorders. Good knowledge of infrastructure services, monitoring tools and common IT processes (e.g. ITIL). Communication strength, loadability and a structured approach also in time-critical situations. Personally, we particularly like your pronounced service orientation, your sense of responsibility and your sovereign handling of various contact persons.
