Head of Maintenance (m/f/d)

Leadership and development of maintenance teams. Ensuring high plant availability through planning and optimization of maintenance measures. Responsibility for budget, cost control and efficiency enhancement. Control of personnel, resources and service providers. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards. Close cooperation with adjacent departments and continuous development of processes.

Complete technical training with further training as a master or technician or a completed technical study. Multiannual professional and management experience in industrial maintenance. Impressed leadership and ability to develop and motivate teams successfully. High sense of cost and responsibility. Experience in handling ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and in controlling external service providers. Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented operation.
