Team Leader for Low Voltage (m/w/d)

SSB stands for local transport, which moves all over Stuttgart and the region. This is our claim, but of course we have a lot to do – that's why we are looking for you as the lead of our team's low-voltage electrical systems in the technical infrastructure division. In your role, you guide both professionally and disciplinefully the Low Voltage team with around 35 employees. You are responsible for the planning, realization, maintenance and operation according to BOStrab and relevant rules for the general power supply systems on above-ground and underground stations, tunnel constructions, farms and operating properties. With your full expertise, you actively participate in economic planning and keep the available budget in mind. You will take the vote of dates, capacities and priorities in the event of conflicts of destination of city railway measures and maintenance and ground renewal measures. Competently analyze, define and optimize the processes within the Low Voltage team with its planning areas, workshops and interfaces to other organizational units. We build on your communicative skills when it comes to cross-departmental networking and cooperation with our subareas and external ones. Last but not least, the future-oriented development of the organisational structure of low voltage and the strategic orientation with regard to the qualification of employees and the use of new technologies are your priority.

Your basis is a successful engineering study with a focus on electrical engineering or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience. In addition to several years of leadership and knowledge about the relevant laws, standards and other regulations, you will also bring comprehensive expertise in the field of low voltage and installations of general power supply. Routiniert you go around with common MS Office applications – know-how in SAP and a class B driving licence are further advantages. Personally, you are pointing with a value-adding leadership style, high problem-solving competence, a fast understanding ability and a safe occurrence in dealing with stakeholders.

You have the health suitability for employees according to § 10 BOStrab and track work according to the DA track (without safety tasks for third parties) as well as the suitability and willingness to work at night and weekends as well as the readiness service.
