During your internship, you can support our Recruiting Coordination Team at our location in Oberkochen, Jena or Munich for a period of 5 to 7 months and gain comprehensive insights into the world of talent acquisition. Among other things, the following tasks await you: Schedule coordination of interviews with applicants (internal and external), subject areas and recruiters

Publication and maintenance of job advertisements on different platforms

Accompanying our competitors through the entire recruiting process and ensuring a positive Candidate Experience

Participation in recruiting projects and support in their organisation

Creation of presentations, reports and overviews

You learn how modern recruiting works in a global company – from the call to the successful occupation.

Continuous studies in the field of business, economics, psychology or a comparable course of studies

Ideally, first contact points with recruiting or HR (e.g. focus on studies, work students or internship)

Joy of communication and organization

Responsible and discreet handling of sensitive data

Very good knowledge of German and English
