You ensure safe, economical and future-oriented operation of the power supply systems – including operation, maintenance, maintenance, decommissioning and commissioning You take over the overall electrotechnical responsibility and act as a technical manager for the field You lead two team leaders as well as around 30 electric specialists and develop them both professionally and personally. You coordinate and manage tasks, orders and projects and ensure compliance with budgets, quality and dates You are responsible for the maintenance, modernization and demand-oriented expansion of the network infrastructure (e.g. transformers, transformers, power plants, power plants) You are actively involved in innovative projects for the further development of the power grid – in particular in the fields of electromobility, patent 2.0 and digitalization You support the development of strategic objectives and development plans for the electricity grid and the creation of economic and investment plans You relieve your supervisor in the daily business and act as a saving partner at eye level

You have a degree in electrical engineering with a focus on energy technology (diploma, Bachelor or Master) or a comparable qualification You bring multi-annual professional and leadership experience in the environment of an energy supply company, municipal works or distribution network operator You have well-founded knowledge in the operation of electricity networks and installations You have experience in managing investments and in planning and implementing maintenance measures You work safely with IT systems; SAP knowledge is advantageous You are characterized by a structured, responsible and economically shaped way of working
