Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Düsseldorf We are looking for an experienced facility manager (w/m/div.), who takes over and coordinates the proper operation of infrastructure and real estate in Germany (Nord). For a defined number of locations, ensure, analyze and evaluate the technical and infrastructural facility management and control repairs, rebuilding/reconstruction measures in compliance with the Facility Management laws and regulations. You control service contracts and have budgetary responsibility. You support the planning and construction of new sites. You work closely with the HSE area to ensure work safety and to ensure compliance with work instructions and legal regulations.

Education: Successfully completed training/study in the field of energy and building technology, facility management, architecture, construction or a comparable qualification Experiences and know-how: multi-year professional experience in facility management and application-oriented knowledge of relevant standards and legal regulations. Experience building planning, development, and construction or office planning of advantage. Personality and working methods: solution-oriented, proactive and structured working methods. High levels of persuasion and enforcement as well as target and result orientation. Languages: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. readiness: willingness to travel
