Your challenge Self-advising and supporting complex matters and legal risks, business strategies and other issues related to MANN+HUMMEL's business through proactive, professional, competent, efficient and creative legal support. elaboration, review and negotiation of contracts and other legal documents with high complexity, except compliance, tax and labour law. Participation in national and international project teams with in-house colleagues from other countries as well as other specialist areas and, if necessary, external consultants. Drafting and designing internal guidelines, directives, procedures and templates. Management of external law firms. Defence and enforcement of legal claims, including, where appropriate, in state courts, arbitration, and authorities, including abroad. Analysis of the current audit and legal association and derivation of the measures required for the company. Training of employees on legal issues. Your profile (m/w/d) with two successfully completed legal state examina Professional experience: At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in general economic and contractual law, ideally acquired in an industrial company and/or an internationally oriented firm Expertise: Experience in the automotive industry, especially in the negotiation of complex contracts and claims Negotiating skills and editorial skills for dealing with international teams Good analytical and comprehensive economic thinking and detailed work Finded judgment and ability to analyze situations and information

Language knowledge: German and English knowledge in word and writing, other foreign languages are advantageous Personality: ability to work independently and assorted, hand in hand with business, other functions and colleagues in other countries.
