Technical-didactic support in teaching focusing on quantitative research methods, statistics and empirical social research, in particular in SPSS-based applications Advice and support of students of economic psychology and related courses Support in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of courses, workshops and exam preparation Development and maintenance of teaching materials, training documents and digital learning resources in the field of statistics / SPSS Technical interface to teachers and module managers in the field of psychology/economic psychology and empirical research Support for accreditation processes through content in the field of psychology/economic psychology

Completed university studies (Bachelor/Master) in the field of psychology, social sciences, statistics, data science, etc. Knowledge of quantitative research methods, experimental planning, questionnaire design and statistical analysis Very good SPSS knowledge; Knowledge of R, Python or other tools are beneficial Experience in academic teaching or academic consulting (ideally in the field of economic psychology) Representative communication and consulting skills, especially in the handling of students Self-employed, structured working and team skills Very good knowledge of German in word and writing; English knowledge desirable
