You want: You are actively approaching talents: Through Active Sourcing on LinkedIn and other platforms, you will find promising candidates: inside and get in touch with them. You accompany the recruiting process: You make sure that our applicants experience a positive candidate experience and support the appointment planning for interviews. You bring our job advertisements to the next level: With your sense of language and audiences, you can opt for existing ads and create new ones that fall into the eye. You are always at the heart of time: you research current recruiting trends and help us integrate innovative methods into our processes. You make our company even more visible as an employer: you support us with employer branding measures and help us attract the best talents.

That's what you bring: Registered:r Student:in the Business Administration, Personnel Management or a comparable degree course. First practical experiences in recruiting or active sourcing are a plus. An open way and attracts others with your enthusiasm for recruiting. Structured and responsible work is one of your strengths – you always keep in mind details. You are a team player:in with hands-on mentality and grab where you are needed. Secure handling of MS Office and express yourself clearly and securely in German – whether written or in conversation.
