Head of Infrastructure Planning Road and Bridge Construction (m/f/d)

Lead infrastructure planning to success with the multi-site teams and projects in Germany and also actively contribute to the acquisition of orders in the field of road construction and city infrastructure projects. Design the planning performance portfolio: Replace the strategy, help you achieve the goals agreed with the management, and monitor the economic success including change management. Provide competent commercial and technical leadership in our interdisciplinary projects in Germany and promote international best practices. Support the continuous growth and reputation of Arup in Germany. To further develop our planning methods, make an active contribution, with a special focus on technical innovations such as automated design processes (e.g. through parametric design), digitization and BIM-based collaboration. You bring new impetus to the planning of complex infrastructures – especially in the area of bridge construction – and create pioneering solutions that combine sustainability, resource efficiency and design quality.

We are looking for colleagues who are passionate about planning infrastructure projects, sustainability and teamwork. We also appreciate: More than 10 years of experience in managing planning projects and project teams or disciplines in construction engineering, ideally in bridge construction Very good knowledge of German infrastructure with focus on road construction, roads and cities Graduate in civil engineering, ideally with specialization in bridge construction German and English language skills in word and writing
